The "Brocx Connection"  the Lost connection

The history goes back to the years 1945 where Anton Gustaaf ("The Indo Prince Bernard") was playing the casanova of Bandung. Instead of playing around with girlfriends of his own age, he chose to fly from one woman to another.

The problem however was that both women already had children.

In flying from one flower to another in 1946 a child was born, a boy named Roelof Anton and in 1948 another child was born a girl named Inge. these affairs led that Casanova (Indo Prince Anton) beget children with more than one woman.

However the thing is that we did not know of the existance of these 2 children. It seemed that this should all stay a secret.
In 2016 however a linked-in connection request with the message we may be family tirggered us to invetigate further and further which finally led to a meeting between Roel, his daughter Ellen with Charles and his family.
By the way this visit was very enjoyable and was after 70 years not even awkward and both families agreed that this visit should have taken place long time ago.

So in one day we thought we were only 2 (two) my brother Guus died in 1967, and now we have a brother a sister and a couple of nices and nephews.

You need to have strong nerves to get this kind of news  on the age of 60+

Ernestine however was the most important at least in this side of the family she married Peter Enno Rueter who was born in1906 and died in 1944.

Ernestine gave birth to 3 children and only Roelof (Roel)  and Ingeborg (Inge) are important for this side of the family.

Roelof married Francina Herselman march 17 1967 and they gave birth to  2 children . Francina Herselman was born september 25 1945 in Kapelle, she died december 28 2010 in Zevenaar.

Ingeborg married ? Schuite in ????

Ellen lives together with Michiel Ris who is born on March 3 1970 and together they have one son.
